Transparency Maldives report on the domestic observation of the first multi party presidential elections in Maldives.

Transparency Maldives report on the domestic observation of the first multi party presidential elections in Maldives. Transparency Maldives deployed over 104 domestic observers in the first round and 127 observers in the second round of elections, covering voting at 2/3rds of the electorate.

The report covers both the initial and run-off rounds of the election on 8 and 28 October 2008 respectively.
